Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms

1.   Prices shown are for one week rentals (i.e. 7 days).   Prices are based on the month of your arrival for up to four guests.  Please note rental prices differ according to the month of arrival.  Refer to the ‘Prices’ page for current prices.

2.   A 10% discount is also offered on bookings of two weeks or more.

3.   Rates for lets in excess of three weeks are negotiable.

4.   Arrangements may be possible for larger parties requiring additional accommodation.  Please notify us of any such requirements so that we may advise you of availability and additional costs.

5.   Prices are fully inclusive (i.e. apartment rental, any taxes, electricity, water and use of the pool).  Cleaning and clean bedding is also included before arrival.

6.   If you require a mid-stay clean of the apartment and/or linen change, this can be arranged at an additional cost.  This service currently costs an additional £25.  Please note however, there is a washing machine and cleaning utensils are available in the apartment for your convenience.

7.   Clean towels are provided for your use during your stay at the apartment.  Beach towels are also provided.

8.   We will be pleased to arrange transfers from and to Alicante or Murcia airport for you with an English speaking driver.  The cost of this service is in addition to the rental charge and ranges from 40 Euros each way (according to time of arrival/departure).  Please refer to the ‘Prices’ page for current prices.  Payment for this service is to be paid to the driver at the time of collection in local currency.

9.   Car hire from either the airport or from Torrevieja can be arranged from local agents, please refer to the Useful Info page for links to ‘on-line’ car hire services.  That page also contains information on booking flights ‘on-line’.   

Booking Terms

Payment Conditions
  

1.   A 25% deposit (of total cost) is required for all bookings, which must be paid within 10 days of your booking reservation.  

2.   In the event of your deposit not being received within 10 days of your booking reservation, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

3.   The balance must be paid at least eight weeks before your expected date of departure from the UK.

4.   If the balance (75%) is not received at least eight weeks before your expected arrival date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking - with no refund of deposit.

5.   If your departure date is within eight weeks at the time of booking, the full amount is payable within the 10 day grace period mentioned above.

6.   Your reservation should not be considered as confirmed until your deposit, (or full amount, if booking is made within eight weeks), has been received and cheque payments have been cleared.  You will receive written confirmation of this in the form of a receipt.

Cancellation Conditions 

1.   Cancellations are required in writing and should be sent by recorded delivery.

2.   Cancellations will incur the following charges:

     a.    Over eight weeks prior to holiday start date, loss of deposit only
     b.    Over four weeks but up to eight weeks, 60% of total amount
     c.    Up to four weeks, 100% of rental rate

Other Conditions 

1.   A booking form will be sent to you upon request.  Provisional bookings can also be made on line.  The booking will be temporarily reserved for you until the booking form has been returned.  Once the completed booking form has been returned together with a 25% deposit (or full payment, if within eight weeks of your expected departure), your reservation will be confirmed. 

2.   Approximately one to two weeks before your departure we will forward directions to the apartment from the airport.

3.   You may take occupancy anytime after 3 p.m. on the day of arrival, but this can be changed to suit your flight time if availability permits.  Please advise us of your flight times.

4.   You must vacate the apartment by no later than 12 noon on your last day, this can be changed to suit your flight time if availability permits.

5.   We do not ask for a holding deposit to cover any damages or breakages, but rather we rely on your integrity to pay for or replace any damage or breakages that may have occurred during your stay.

6.   You will be given the keys by our representative at the apartment on arrival. 

7.   The keys are to be returned to this representative prior to your departure. 

 

EC ruling now states that all holiday-makers must have full travel insurance.  We strongly advise that you take out travel insurance to cover cancellations, loss of belongings, accident...etc.
